Refunds on faulty items:

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us within one week of receiving your order.
If your item is damaged when you wash your garment(s) you will not be entitled to an exchange. Please ensure you wash your garment(s) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Exchange for different size available if the garment(s) are unworn, unwashed, unmarked and tag is kept on.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the product arriving to you. You will be responsible for providing a 500g Parcel Post Satchel from Australia Post so we can ship your exchange back to you. If you do not include a satchel with your exchange we will need to charge you postage before we can ship your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you track your package. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your exchange to be processed.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
