Please note charters/group reservations are unavailable until further notice due to passenger services being paused. We are unable to provide a resumption date. Gift vouchers are also unable to be purchased at present. If you have a gift voucher yet to be used, please note we will extend the expiry date on it when we reopen to allow you maximum flexibility when to travel. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Filming & Photography
Please note filming/videography and photography for personal use is welcome at Healesville Station, for any other use or at other stations is by prior arrangement only.
As we are an active rail environment, for your safety and that of our team, please do not trespass onto the tracks at any time.
